Practical support: You support our specialist companies directly on the construction sites, give instructions and are available as contact persons for technical questions. Training: You carry out practical training, use handcrafted techniques and ensure that our quality standards are complied with in the execution. Research & development: You test new products and procedures directly in the application and give valuable feedback to our development team. Consultation: You support the specialist companies in the selection and application of our products and support them. Digitization: You bring practical impulses into the further development of digital tools for the construction site.

Training in construction, ideally with additional qualification as technician or master Experience in the practical application of construction products and processes Joy in dealing with people and knowledge transfer Hands-on mentality, reliability and team skills Interest in innovation and technical developments
