As an employee Customer Service & Warranty Management (m/w/d) in the field of fitted kitchens, you are responsible for the following tasks: Contact person (m/w/d) for our customers with questions about orders, dates and services Service-oriented customer support by phone and email – from the first request to the successful solution settlement of complaints with the aim of rapid and customer-oriented clarification Creation and tracking of offers and preparation of project-related reports Support in the organisation and implementation of construction projects and individual kitchens processing of correspondence, administration Coordination of internal and external appointments, in particular assembly appointments with subcontractors Close, team-wide cooperation

completed commercial training or some years of experience in comparable positions Embossed service orientation and safe occurrence in handling different customer types Joy of personal contact with customers and a high level of communication strength and service awareness Embossed solution orientation and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations Technical understanding of advantage Safe handling of popular MS Office applications (in particular Word, Excel and Outlook) Very good German knowledge in word and writing, basic English knowledge desirable Careful, structured and reliable operation Joy in introducing your own ideas and actively shaping internal processes Kindness, patience, empathy as well as strong team skills fun at work in the team and to offer our customers an excellent service every day
