IPAI Corporate Real Estate Management represents The Global Home of Human AI as a strategic partner within and outside the company. We design the IPAI CAMPUS vision and implement all relevant elements of a future city quarter to create a unique symbiosis and make it a preferred place for applied AI. We create IPAIs Future Home, Experience and Real Estate Solutions. You are responsible for planning, control and implementation, from the concept phase to completion. You control the real estate consideration at all stages of the audit, design, planning and implementation processes to ensure compliance with the project objectives taking into account risk management aspects. You set up investment bills in coordination with relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for the return-oriented support of the real estate portfolio. You carry out analyses to assess the investment capacity and economic viability of complex, mixed-use real estate projects. You develop and implement a marketing strategy of the IPAI CAMPUS real estate. You are advising on the possibilities for optimization and value enhancement in urban developments. You develop integrated usage concepts and feasibility studies for demanding quarterly developments. You actively shape the business strategy in the field of quarter development and strategic real estate investments. You recognize and use emerging trends, technologies and best practices to increase efficiency and value creation in the real estate portfolio.

You have a degree in economics, real estate, architecture or civil engineering. The place is also suitable for you if you are an experienced real estate agent with appropriate professional experience. You bring (multi-year) professional experience in the commercial support of complex project developments and/or real estate transaction consulting. You are an expert in the planning and realization of large-scale construction projects as well as safe handling of complex structures. You have profound knowledge in investment analysis, project structuring and contract design in the real estate sector. You have pronounced analytical skills and strategic thinking, combined with very good industry and market knowledge to think and act strategically. You have the ability to communicate complex information in a comprehensible way and work effectively with different departments and stakeholders. You are highly negotiating, convincing and have knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing. JOBV1_EN
