This profile brings you as a quality planner (m/w/d):

• Projektmanager (m/w/d) und
• You have comprehensive knowledge of quality management and IATF 16949:2016, APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, measurement technology
• Experience in the manufacture of turning and milling parts is advantageous
• They convince by team skills, commitment and flexibility, self-sure appearance and a healthy ability to enforce and good English language skills

Your tasks as a quality planner (m/w/d):

• Ensuring and improving system, process, product and supplier quality
• Quality and testing planning in the product realization process including serial support
• design and procurement of suitable test equipment and equipment
• Coordination and evaluation of measurement system and process capability tests
• Planning and coordination of sampling and requalifications
• Improving and expanding the method skills and internal quality standards in the company
• Supporting customers, suppliers and departments in all quality matters
• Implementation/accompanying process audits (internal/supplier/customer) according to VDA 6.3
• Advertising management and active advancement of improvements
• Moderation of FMEA and 8D teams as well as quality control circuits incl. monitoring the effectiveness of the measures taken
