Trainee (d/w/m) Group Munich, Bavaria, Germany

Orientation phase: Get to know the group and build your network: At the beginning of the program, you will get to know specialists and executives from all specialist and cross-sectional departments and will grow together with your trainee colleagues as a group. Sales phase: The needs of our customers are at the centre of our work: through product training, get to know sales and gain insight into one of the customer-oriented interior services to experience the different facets of the customer's perspective. Hospitanzphase: Get deeper and more targeted into the diverse tasks and functions, work with our experts and managers on exciting tasks and get to know specialist content. When designing the stations, you will focus on your interests and strengths with a view to the connection function. Project work: In training, you will learn agile and classic project methods and use your skills directly during an exciting group project. Further development: Put your individual package together from our further development options, feedback talks, seminars and coachings. Career with future: Numerous possibilities for development and further training are also available according to the program.

Higher education (Master or Bachelor of Vocational Training), preferably Business Administration, Economics, Insurance Industry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Health Economics, Law and other related areas. You have first practical experience through internships, student work, project work, or your own projects that can be seen from the CV. Voluntary or social engagement is an advantage and demonstrate that you can also take on social responsibility alongside your professional skills. Strong commitment and willingness to perform as well as great interest in driving your own development towards the technical or leadership track. Interdisciplinary and connected thinking, problem-solving competence and desire to move something. Own initiative, communication strength and joy in working in the team. Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing (C2).
