You are interested in the figures behind our business and connect controlling with communication – both in the Group and with our international subsidiaries Of course, you are a real expert in your field, knowing terms such as annual accounts or cost accounting to fill lives and immerse yourself in the numbers and their preparation. Your results from the financial controlling serve as a preparation for relevant management decisions In your function as a group controller, you are interface to our departments as well as the foreign companies, take into account their needs and communicate with various (international) stakeholders at eye level You design and harmonize control processes between the ROSSMANN headquarters and our subsidiaries and support the development and implementation of uniform guidelines The introduction of new software solutions and digitizations is an important step forward. You know: Nothing is as constant as change. Therefore, you are open to changes and support our area actively in change management

You have successfully completed your studies with an economic focus and have already been fascinated in your specialized field of controlling topics. You have successfully expanded your expertise during your subsequent work (ideally in the group environment) All about numbers, data and facts will help us with your very good analytical skills. In addition, you work independently, responsibly and conscientiously, recognize new trends and associated potentials and actively contribute to your daily work Your strong communication strength allows you to efficiently and targeted topics directly to the point and to adapt your messages to the respective audience. Thanks to your empathy, your international colleagues are easily involved in projects and lead them to success together. You will have a quick look for the essentials and your topics will always drive you forward with enthusiasm and entrepreneurial vision As a communication-strong personality, you already have experience in dealing with a variety of contact persons – also internationally. For this, your knowledge of German in word and writing are at the highest level and you master the English language in a safe manner An occasional travel activity would give you fun and you are Europe-wide mobile
