KFZ-Serviceleiter / After-Sales-Manager (m/f/d)

Operational direction of the after-sales area – control of all service processes from acceptance to vehicle return. Team leadership & employee development – leadership, motivation and coaching of the service team (service consultants, workshop staff). Customer care & complaint management – Personal contact for private and fleet customers, including professional complaint processing. Service consulting & offer creation – creation of cost proposals for maintenance, inspection and repair incl. Customer release. Quality assurance & process optimization – monitoring of workshop quality according to manufacturer specifications and continuous improvement of processes. KPIs – Analysis of workshop key figures (loading, throughput times, CSI) and deriving targeted measures. Sales & workshop – Coordination between service team, workshop management and vehicle sales incl. Guarantee and warranty processing.

Graduated training in the automotive industry with further training on the motor vehicle master (m/w/d), automotive business operator (m/w/d) or service consultant certification – alternative commercial training with industry experience in automotive trade. At least 2 years of leadership experience in the service area of a car house or a car workshop. Detectional experience in personnel management and team development. Safe handling of demanding private and business customers as well as strong communication strength. Technical understanding of modern vehicle technology, ideally knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicles. Knowledge of common dealer management systems (DMS) and MS Office; manufacturer-specific IT skills of advantage. Driving licence class B as well as professional, binding occurrence.
