We realize exciting projects with our renowned customer Airbus Operations and look for one/n at the next time motivated staff for the position as "Supply Chain Manager" (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• participation in negotiations on material availability with SATAIR (HW standard)/ SOOP (Supply Management Organisation) and supplier availability with purchasing (PMR) and their underload (Supply Chain Industrialization)
• Input for Kit Factory production in all retrofits with kits (customer complaints)
• Execution of all requirements from customer orders or according to Pre-planning process for kits
• Determination of material requirements based on data engineering input taking into account logistical rules: inventory targets, volume, Supply chain capacity, distribution
• Tracking and monitoring of any retrofitting Ensuring scheduled and quality delivery kits according to customer requirements
• Processing of customer orders for controlling downstream Activities for Kits
• Coordination with the Supply Officer & of the Planning Department (Kit) Factory) regarding the OTD (orderly delivery) for all required subcomponent materials
• planning of work orders (work order management) and Work orders (and post-work orders) and coordination of work orders Work order priorities with the Kit Factory
• Preparing inputs for pre-planning examinations Revision of the existing strategy

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/ Logistics or a comparable Qualifications
• Over three years of experience in the field of customer service, Supplier management, process improvement and supply chain
• Over one year of professional experience in contract management
• Basic knowledge of Lean management and civil Aviation (CA) documentation
• Good knowledge about SAP/ R3 Google Workspace knowledge is desirable
• German and English skills
• Ability and willingness to travel approx. 1-2 times annually for 1-3 days within Europe
