Head of Logistic (m/w/d) – Co-division manager with a focus on decentralised external warehouses

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for you as an experienced leader in the further development of our logistics infrastructure – with a clear focus on our decentralized external storage concept. You take responsibility together with your co-guide in a newly created double tip. Our logistics team will then strengthen full-time at the Paderborn site as Head of Logistic (m/w/d) – co-sector management with a focus on decentralized external players.

Strategic leadership of the logistics area in close cooperation with your co-direction Development and operational control of the external storage concept: building, integration and optimization for the efficient, decentralized supply of our service teams Responsibility for cross-departmental processes, interfaces and compliance with business obligations Close cooperation with the management for target definition and tracking Analysis, standardization and digitization of processes and their documentation Leadership and motivation of an experienced team taking into account modern leadership principles Project responsibility, e.g. for structural changes or mergers

You bring multi-year leadership experience in logistics, ideally in the technical or service-oriented environment You have demonstrably designed, constructed or operated decentralized storage structures You think entrepreneurial, greedy solution-oriented and have a secure sense of interface management You are characterized by communication strength, persuasiveness and empathy as well as a sense of decision and a sense of responsibility You are flexible and mobile throughout Germany (guide certificate required)
