Team Leader Partner Management - Portfolio / Revenue / Margin (m/f/d)

You guide, coach and develop your team along the company's internal career stages and accompany employees in their skills development and role-reading You ensure team stability, prioritization, performance and achievement of goals and live guides such as clear roles, measurable goals and structured exchange You monitor portfolio KPIs such as sales, margin, manufacturer status, enablements & certifications and ensure quality in the portfolio lifecycle and partner care You work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, shape portfolio roadmaps and evaluate new opportunities & Partners You are responsible for manufacturer and distributor ecosystems, conduct escalations, negotiations and manage strategic partnerships You support your team in day-to-day business, prioritize topics, control complex cases and take over cross-cutting interface and communication management

You understand IT infrastructure stacks and experience in product, portfolio or partner management You have experience in ecosystem and manufacturer management – both strategic and operational You can evaluate and safely arrange technical, economic and organizational topics You are a clear, binding leader with communication and moderation strength You work structured, analytic, solution-oriented and are safe to handle different stakeholders You are passionate about networking, partner relationships, team leadership, further development and bring an intrapreneurship & Ownership minority set
