Senior Project Manager Dismantling, Demolition & Pollutant Remediation (m/f/d)

You advise our customers on rebuilding, demolition and pollution restoration projects in all phases of the project – from the first feasibility assessment to the successful handover of the construction field. In particular, you take over: Creation of rebuilding, decontamination, rehabilitation and disposal concepts Assessment of existing buildings with regard to pollutants and rebuilding risks Advising our customers at costs, dates and project risks Call for tenders and awards for demolition, reconstruction and pollutant rehabilitation services Technical assistance and management of exporting companies Construction monitoring and quality control during pollutant remediation and reconstruction Coordination of experts, authorities, specialist planners and exporting companies Implementation of construction sites as well as timing, cost and quality control Participation in the development of sustainable reconstruction and urban mining concepts

Complete studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering, geology, geotechnical engineering or comparable qualification Alternative training as a construction technician, master or polisher with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the field of demolition, reconstruction, pollution remediation or disposal Ideal experience in a break-down company, rebuilding company or specialty company for pollutant remediation Knowledge of the handling of building pollutants (e.g. asbestos, KMF, PCB) Ideally qualifications according to TRGS 519, TRGS 521 or DGUV 101-004 Experience in construction management, construction monitoring or project management Safe occurrence vis-à-vis clients, authorities and exporting companies Structured, independent and economic operation driving licence class B
