IT Asset Manager (m/w/d) Full time, unlimited, Wiesloch bei Heidelberg, IT Applications, MLP Finanzberatung SE, to occupy right away

MLP is the partner in all financial matters. Our goal is to create individual and digital customer experiences – from digital customer advice to specialised specialist applications for our sales. In our agile IT department with around 100 colleagues, you play a central role in the documentation of the ICT Asset Inventory and support the application lifecycle management of our applications and components. You are responsible for building our central CMDB with all relevant information about infrastructure and software, making a significant contribution to fulfilling regulatory requirements. Networked work: You work closely with system managers from all areas of IT and beyond – in a motivated environment that promotes cooperation and innovation Design of modern systems: You can inventory an advanced, heterogeneous system landscape from cloud and on-premise infrastructure components Central role in building up: You are the initiator and driver of building and expanding our central CMDB and designing the modelling of infrastructure and applications within the CMDB and the information network Strategic reporting: You develop a reporting system that provides decision-relevant information for management while supporting quality assurance Integration and compliance: You integrate ICT-Asset information into the information network in a structured manner and always keeps regulatory requirements in mind Cooperative development: You agree with compliance, organisational development and the information security officer to continuously develop the information network Personal growth: Whether Meet‐ups, Communities of Practice or individual training – we give you the space and support to develop yourself professionally and personally

Experience: You bring multi-year experience in asset management, ideally in the ICT sector IT confession: You have sound knowledge of relevant software tools, systems and IT standards Knowledge: Asset Management Systems are familiar to you and also the Regulatorics in Finance (DORA, BA-IT, BaFin) is known to you Communication strength: You convince with pronounced communication skills and a safe occurrence in exchange with different stakeholders Team spirit: You are trying to establish yourself in a strong team and actively shape the future of MLP Own Responsibility: You work independently and independently and gain relevant stakeholders for joint work on the topics
