We are looking for you in full time to strengthen our Cologne team. After extensive integration with our experienced team, you will take over the following tasks: Own-sponsored implementation of TGA projects within the framework of turnkey construction and engineering, taking into account the economic and technical objectives Negotiations with contractors and contractors Assessment of subcontractor offers and participation in awarding commissioning, monitoring and control of external specialist engineers and subcontractors Coordination and control of the project sequence and outcome control Accompanying the construction process and the commissioning and acceptance phase Quality assurance of assembly services Date monitoring of exporting companies Participation in scheduling, interface coordination Ensuring contractual implementation - GU contract, NU contracts Coordination with all project participants (builder, planner, executive companies)

Complete study of supply and building technology/building climate or electrical engineering, training as a technician or as a master Including professional experience in a comparable position EDV knowledge and control of relevant DV applications in construction Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Knowledge of English language in word and writing desirable willingness to take over temporary tasks throughout the federal territory High communication readiness Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile.
