• They design, project and plan the MSR and GA systems in all phases of the HOAI of the HKLS plants in building technology
• You create alerts and take over object monitoring
• You have the focus on planning in non-apartment construction
• You analyze and optimize complex existing facilities and properties
• You communicate with all planning participants externally / internally

Your skills

• Studied in the technical building automation, building technology, utility technology or technician (m/w/d)
• Several years of experience in MSR / building automation planning
• Constructive action in the team
• Structured, careful and independent operation
• Understanding coordination of cross-disciplinary planning processes
