Project Manager TGA at 37h/week (m/f/d)

Project management: independent management of demanding construction projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, sanitary and cold – from planning to implementation to successful completion. Coordination & Communication: Central representative for builders, customers, architects, specialist planners and other project participants as well as regular coordination with the trade unions and interfaces involved. Costs, dates & billing: control of all project processes taking into account economic requirements, realistic schedules and agreed services, and responsibility for proper project accounting. Quality assurance: Regular monitoring of the work carried out in terms of quality, performance and project progress as well as early detection and resolution of possible challenges in the construction process. Team leadership & further development: coordination of project participants, promotion of constructive cooperation and active participation of efficient processes. Depending on the experience and personal interest, it is possible to assume even more leadership responsibility in the future.

Qualification: Complete training in the field of supply technology or technical building equipment, for example as an engineer, technician or master (m/w/d) with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitation or cold. Professional experience: experience in project management in the field of TGA and HKLS as well as a good understanding of the processes and requirements in the construction project business. Competence: Safe handling of the relevant technical, economic and organizational requirements of project execution and a strong understanding of costs, quality and dates. Personality & Leadership: Communication strong, binding and confident in dealing with different contacts. You can bring people together, make decisions and motivate a team. First leadership experience is welcome; The desire to develop is also important. Operation & Mobility: Self-employed, structured and economically thinking with a pronounced team and service orientation. You work reliably, committed and solution-oriented and have a class B licence.
