Accounts Payable / Invoice Processing Clerk (m/w/d)

You process and collect independently incoming invoices and credits You are a contact person for external companies and service providers in case of invoices You manage, care and develop the digital storage structures You agree closely with buyers, suppliers and financial accounting You perform further administrative and organizational tasks in the field of credit

You have a completed commercial training e.g. Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office management / finance and accounting, industrial businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You have experience in creditor management or financial accounting You work structured, carefully and independently You are pay-affin and safe in dealing with Excel, but also the common Microsoft Office applications You communicate clearly, solution-oriented and at eye level – internally and externally You bring team spirit with you and keep track of multiple tasks
