We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place must be filled with option to take over until 05.03.2026. Since 20/21 the High School has been a full-time school in the form of a choice. Around 270 children are currently attending the school. It is located in the middle of the Grünen, in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. The focus here is on natural processes and joint cooperation.

You have specialist and service supervision as well as staff management and development for up to 20 employees You are responsible for the overall organisation of operations The management of the implementation of conceptual content at the school as well as the further development of the support concept in close cooperation with the school management are your tasks You make the educational offer You are responsible for cooperation with the school and insti­tutions in the district You are also responsible for cooperation and cooperation with parents as an important partner in the education, education and care of their children There is a corresponding exemption for management tasks.

A completed study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, childhood education with national recognition, education with social education Professionals according to § 7 para. 6 No 1 b) KiTaG with corresponding evidence A completed training educator with state recognition Experience as a group management, experience in management and personnel management (basic) knowledge of organization and administration issues as well as a safe handling of MS Office programs and the Kita database Knowledge and experience in social pedagogical work with children as part of the support concept
