Strengthen our team as an IT consultant (all genders) for security and network – in the Rottweil–Bodensee region or in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. You advise and support our customers in the implementation and optimization of firewall components to realize high-availability Internet and WAN solutions. Coordination of complex customer requests, disruptions and support cases in cooperation with leading manufacturers of security solutions (e.g. Fortinet) with focus on next generation firewall technologies. You analyze business requirements and develop customized IT security solutions. Active cooperation in the further development of our network security solutions and our managed services in the area of Network Security. You will edit support requests for existing firewall installations at 2nd level. Implementation of workshops and training for customers as well as internal teams. You work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and transfer of firewall and network solutions into operation through our managed services. You have a completed vocational training or studies in computer science, or you have a comparable qualification. Practical experience in the installation and operation of firewall solutions is ideally brought along. Experience with manufacturers Fortinet and WatchGuard is of advantage. You know well in the field of routing and switching. Knowledge of how to use LANCOM, Huawei or HP Aruba is desirable. Software Defined Networking experience is a plus. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills characterize you. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. Teamability and a customer-oriented and structured way of working. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Class B licence is available. High readiness, stress resistance and fun to work together in the team complete your profile.
