As Junior Project Manager Group Data Management, you are actively working on building the new Group Data Management Organisation (Hub & Spoke) and accompanying the further development of data management at Voith across all divisions and central functions. You take responsibility for your own, clearly defined subprojects. These include, for example, the actual analysis of data competencies, data initiatives and the data base in the Group as well as the development of role descriptions, data policies and standards as well as the establishment of a KPI framework for data quality. You can also participate in lighting tower projects for master data optimization, for example in the area of supplier and material master data or in the case of dublet cleaning. Your tasks include the creation of analyses and reporting, such as Databricks and Power BI, as well as the tracking and detection of the benefit of the implemented measures. In addition, you actively shape the data literacy program as well as community formats and support in creating communication and training documents. You work closely with the Group Divisions Paper, Hydro and Turbo, the central functions, IT and the Group Excellence House and agree with international interface partners and external partners.

You have completed a first degree with an above-average result, for example in business informatics, economic engineering, economics, computer science or data science. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in data management, business intelligence or analytics as well as in project or change management. Experience abroad, for example through internships or a semester abroad, is advantageous. You are passionate about data, digitalization and artificial intelligence and ideally have first knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL or Python. A strong team capacity, analytical thinking, willingness to design and the joy of building a new group function from the outset are what distinguishes you. Your personal strengths include a high social competence, a safe occurrence and a convincing communication capability. In addition, you work independently, structured and result-oriented and keep an overview when working with numerous interfaces. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
