For the development of an industrial site in Brandenburg, we are looking for an experienced project manager (mwd) who manages construction projects independently over several phases of the project. A strong personality with a technical background and a safe feel for complex construction projects is sought. Experience from infrastructure and civil engineering will be useful. Description Contractor representation to the general contractor Integrated management of construction and conversion projects in the industrial environment Central interface between client, planners, authorities and exporting companies Control of external service providers including time, cost and quality monitoring Building and maintenance of a transparent project organisation Active risk management and derivation of appropriate control measures Accompanying the projects up to the acceptance and transfer to the regular operation Support of adjacent project management tasks after project completion

Complete technical studies (engineering/architecture) Multiannual practice in the operational control of demanding construction projects Experience with industrial or infrastructural projects Application knowledge of HOAI/AHO and VOB/VOL Sovereign handling of relevant contract and award structures Ability to moderate different interests Clear communication, structured functioning and high self-responsibility German language skills
