Project Manager/ Project Engineer Technical Industrial Projects (m/f/d)

As a project manager/project engineer (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the independent design, planning and operational management of multi-site technical projects. In addition to the selection and (scientific) management of the employees and service providers involved in the project, your tasks include coordination of interdisciplinary teams. You ensure that technical quality standards, budgets and timetables are complied with. Based on sound risk analyses, you identify optimization potentials and develop practical improvements. With regular project meetings, structured project reporting and timely status updates, you will ensure a comprehensive information base and promote efficient cooperation between all stakeholders. The support of the factory manager in repair cost planning completes your range of tasks.

You have completed technical university studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, food technology, electrical engineering or industrial engineering) or comparable technical training and additional qualification in project management. You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in the food industry or in the production environment. You are characterized by a pronounced analytical ability, excellent problem-solving competence and a structured organizational capacity. You convince with their own responsibility, their own initiative and a high sense of responsibility. At the same time, you have excellent communication skills and work constructively in the team. You can control Microsoft Office very safely and have proven knowledge in handling SAP, CAD and MS Project. For this purpose, you will bring the willingness to visit our production site Fritzlar (Hessen) or our company headquarters in Esslingen.
