General responsibility for the disciplinary and professional management of the department consisting of contract & claim managers and insurance managers Responsibility for the relevant contracts from creation to strategic development in close cooperation with the lawyers and the strategic purchasing teams, purchasing large-scale projects and partner management Responsible assessment, evaluation and enforcement of claims in the context of major projects of the energy transition Processing of claims according to contract conclusion (Claim Management according to reason) and contract management of deadlines, payment miles etc. Full responsibility of all corporate and project insurances from strategy to operational management, such as damage management Creation of reports and presentations Responsibility for audit-proof documentation of all activities

IHR PROFIL: a successful degree in the field of economic engineering, law, engineering or a comparable qualification

Detectional leadership experience well-founded professional experience in receivable or contract management Ability to work on complex issues and technical topics in the following areas (transmission networks, transformers, converters, cable deep-sealing, transformers, pipeline construction, steel construction, planning services) Enforcement and negotiation skills as well as strong communication and presentation capability safe handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) readiness to travel knowledge of German and English in word and writing
