You build the Low Touch Renewals & Adoption Desk and answer the process for a defined low-touch portfolio (SaaS subscriptions/maintenance) – from the customer's address to offer and negotiation to completion and complete documentation in the CRM. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Renewal team as well as the capacity management for high-volume portfolios.

You control retention and Churn prevention based on health and usage signals, identify risks early and escalate them according to defined criteria.
