Reinbek, Hybrid · Part-time · Working students Our IT employees play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and secure operation of the company's technological infrastructure. This position is responsible for the management, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks and servers to effectively support the daily business processes. You are part of IT and support colleagues in everyday support cases, device deployments and documentation.

You make sure that all IT devices (computers, printers, conference technology, etc.) function optimally to support the daily business processes. You offer the employees basic technical guidance and support in incorporating them into the use of the company's IT resources. You actively contribute to the integration, installation and maintenance of our systems and applications. You collect and maintain accurate records of all IT resources to ensure their proper use and traceability.

Minimum qualifications Skills in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Good communication skills and the ability to clarify technical issues. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Advantageous qualifications Some years of experience in IT support or comparable positions.
