Processing audits: you document, process and monitor medical service audits and private health insurance funds and ensure a timely and quality-assured processing. Case processing and communication: You send medical documents, implement expert opinions and take on professional communication with the cost companies. Extensive care of the clinics: You are responsible for the management of audits in the German-wide online procedure and get to know the different houses of our clinic group. Process optimization: You support our clinics in the continuous optimization and further development of the auditing process and introduce their own ideas to improve existing processes. Interdisciplinary cooperation: Together with the team of the strategic medical controller, you develop the field of expertise and work with your colleagues from the fields of coding and strategy across areas.

You have a successfully completed commercial training in healthcare or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you are already experiencing the processing of audits in the hospital as well as dealing with the medical service and private cost-beneficiaries. You have a good understanding of billing-relevant processes and legal requirements in the healthcare sector and apply them safely in your working day. A structured, careful and self-sponsored way of working as well as a pronounced sense of quality and responsibility. You like to work in the team, communicate safely with internal and external contacts and bring joy in cross-departmental cooperation.
