Support of the organisation in achieving higher quality levels Responsibility for root Cause Analysis and advice on potential solutions Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Active involvement in internal and external audits: conduct audits and monitor the implementation of resulting actions (audit and root cause actions) Significant participation in process and performance optimization Function as a troubleshooter in coordinating cross-departmental problems Creation of complaint reports, complaint analyses and KPI reporting (performance key figures)

Graduate degree (Bachelor/Master) at a Fachhochschule/University, ideally in the fields of Business Administration (BWL) lub Economic Engineering Proofable knowledge and experience in compliance Embossed analytical skills and practical experience in data analysis Knowledge of relevant laws and standards regarding quality, BRC standards, certification and food safety Knowledge of 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, FMEA and complaint and supplier management flowing German knowledge in word and writing, very good English knowledge Structured, solution- and target-oriented operation Binding, safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders
