Holistic, evidence-based care and care of patients with complex cardiovascular diseases Professional monitoring, assessment and control of nursing measures in a highly specialized setting of a Heart Failure Unit Continuous monitoring and early detection of clinical changes and introduction of appropriate measures Handling and control of circulating drugs Conducting breath-supporting therapy Professional implementation and documentation of all care services according to current standards, guidelines and procedural instructions Support, guidance and advice of patients and their relatives Close interdisciplinary cooperation with medical and therapeutic professional groups Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
