Superior construction project management for the realization of highly complex production and industrial sites, e.g. for semiconductor and battery cell production Total responsibility for the time, quality, and cost-oriented processing of the task packages in the construction or Project execution phase on site Responsible for the content and organization of the project teams in the various trades and subcontractors used Planning, control and coordination of the necessary capacities and resources, always with a view to achieving the project objectives Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety measures Active and continuous optimization of internal processes and processes as well as training of process participants

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a qualification as a technician:in/master:in relation to building Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as (over) construction manager:in, polishing:in or project manager:in the construction or execution of projects in the industrial environment Experience in the leadership of project teams and entrepreneurs as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial and communicative thinking and working methods 5 days on site at the construction site Very good German and good English skills Safe knowledge and application of VOB, HOAI and other common regulations of German construction
