Experienced Process Manager / Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Process development and optimisation: You analyze, design and document company-wide processes Control and monitoring: You are constantly implementing and reviewing the internal control system (IKS) including process releases as well as associated control actions, thereby ensuring the control chain between departments and revision Tests: You are responsible for pre- and post-processing and monitoring of the service-related IKS (according to IDW PS 951) Quality management: You coordinate professionally the development and further development of company-wide quality management taking into account common quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) Quality Instruments: You develop area-specific quality objectives as well as key figures and quality gates Exchange: You ensure the further anchoring of quality managers in the business areas and the development of suitable exchange and training formats a part-time employment of at least 32 hours per week is possible

a degree in economics, economics or a comparable qualification At least five years of professional practice, ideally in the context of banks, insurance companies or in a software-related service company Knowledge about (IT) process management Experience with common IT management tools and platforms (e.g. Jira) Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence Own initiative, willingness to design and fun in developing future-oriented solutions Communication strength and persuasion at different hierarchical levels German language skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
