Quality Management Officer / QMB / Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

Testing, approval and management of suppliers and raw material specifications incl. Incoming goods (raw materials, packaging materials) Planning and implementation of supplier audits and support in certification and customer audits Preparation and implementation of test plans for raw materials, finished products, drinking water and operational hygiene Monitoring and control of analyses Implementation and maintenance of allergen management Processing of customer requests and complaints Collection and evaluation of quality records, Cause analysis of quality problems Implementation of operations and training Support in maintenance of QM documentation.

You have a completed study as a food technologe, ecotrophologe or a comparable course of study, in addition to a training as a food technician You already have experience in a comparable position knowledge of national and European food law as well as standard food and quality standards (IFS, HACCP, Food Defense, BIO) Your profile perfectly Your experiences in the area of dried fruits/chocolate products are welcome, but are not a must You are proud of your communication strength, paired with persuasive power, and are on the move in solutions.
