• Direct care interventions by residents on the basis of competence and preference-based clear assignments

• Ensuring a proper care process

Your profile as a nursing assistant (m/w/d):

• A successfully completed 1-year training for nursing staff, nursing assistant, health and nursing staff or a successfully completed external examination for nursing assistance with sufficient professional experience
• Motivation to actively shape the housing and needs-oriented care and to carry out responsible care activities in the residents
• A high level of sensitivity
• A flexible and team-oriented approach and the willingness to shift and weekend services
