We are looking for our team Werkstudent Personnel with focus Recruiting & SAP m/w/d R-KOM is provider of Internet, telephone and TV in East Bavaria and builds the fiber optic network of the future. Every year we develop over 10,000 units in more than 1000 buildings - a challenging task. You contribute to the further growth and success of R-KOM with your commitment.

Support in the implementation and further development of extension modules in SAP-SuccessFactors Acquisition of tasks in recruiting, in particular in the coordination of applicant management Revision, structuring and standardisation of personnel documents Building a documentation of personnel processes and creating instructions for system usage Administrative support in the HR Department's daily business Support for special tasks in Finance and Controlling

Continuous studies in a business economic study course, ideally focusing on human resources management, economic psychology or business informatics First practical experience in human resources or project environment is advantageous Interest in personal systems and digital processes Safe handling of common office applications and quick understanding for new systems Certain, structured and independent working methods Team orientation as well as a trusted and responsible personality
