Get in at apoBank and develop yourself personally and professionally. You act as a central interface in IT Application Management and coordinate cooperation between software manufacturers, IT providers and internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information and efficient coordination. With your technical and technical know-how, you can ensure the stable, safe and performant operation of the responsible applications and support in the sustainable troubleshooting and problems. You analyze fault causes, develop solution suggestions and workarounds and coordinate the implementation of hotfixes and long-term product improvements together with software manufacturers and service providers. You identify optimization potentials in applications and production processes, drive their further development actively and make an important contribution to increasing performance, quality and stability. As a stimulus, you bring new ideas, evaluate technical and technical requirements and accompany the continuous improvement of the application landscape and the associated operating processes.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable subject and ideally have practical experience in application management or in a related IT environment. You bring knowledge in the fields of batch job control, databases and (mobile) application development and understand the contexts of modern application and system landscapes. Ideally, you have technical knowledge of bank processes and can safely classify technical and technical requirements in a regulated environment. You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills, a structured and self-responsive way of working as well as a high solution orientation, and you like to explore complex questions. Communication strength, moderation skills and the ability to bring together different stakeholders in a targeted manner complete your profile.
