As a contact person/in and Lotse/Lotsin, our customers will advise you personally, on the phone and by e-mail in full in all performance and insurance issues as well as on other topics related to AOK. You are a social security specialist or a merchant in health care with professional experience in social security. You have a well-founded knowledge of the statutory health insurance law. Ideally, you have experience in personal customer advice.
