You are responsible for the process-oriented security of customs compliance worldwide. As a Global Head of Process Transformation Customs, you take over the leadership of a newly founded team, which you can build together with us. Make new things happen: You are responsible with your team for the definition, development and rollout of processes related to tariffing; also for the further development and integration of governance requirements in the field of Customs Governance (customs law, origin and preferences) into the end-to-end processes. Support our business: your team ensures the implementation of global customs requirements on master data and business processes. For example, the definition and implementation of interfaces to business area-specific processes and business models. Be innovative: as a driver of innovation and digitization topics, you support our governance team (e.g. development of technical data strategy, automated risk monitoring) Living in cooperation: We are an international team in which the global expertise, different perspectives and cultures work together. You work closely with the governance departments, process managers and our Centers of Expertise.

Education: Successful degree in economic law/legal sciences, economics or comparable Experiences and know-how: you have several years of professional experience in customs or supply chain (purchasing or logistics). Ideally, you have extensive knowledge of foreign trade and customs law. In addition, you already have leadership experience and ideally know you with process management. Personality and working methods: a high degree of integrity, self-motivation and result orientation characterize you. You also have very good communication skills. Dealing with complex situations is fun and you have strong analytical and organizational skills. You can handle conflicts well.
