Product tester / usability tester for digital applications (part-time / mini-job) (m/f/d)

Testers are the bridge between developers and later users. Your daily work is varied and extremely important for the success of digital products: Conduct realistic tests: You can navigate through new web applications, apps and prototypes based on predefined scenarios, even before You come to the market. Quality Assurance & Bug-Hunting: You are actively searching for errors. Whether a text is cut off, a page is endlessly loaded or the design is shifted on the smartphone – you will find the error. Precise reporting: You document your discoveries comprehensible and structured. A developer must be able to understand exactly where the problem is and how it can reproduce. Active user experience (UX): In addition to technical errors, you also look at the logic. Is the menu confusing? Is there an important note missing? You provide valuable feedback on general usability.

No previous knowledge required: A special degree or experience in the IT field are not required – cross-comers are welcome to us! Expression & Voice: This is the most important point! Since you write test reports, you have very good and safe German knowledge in word and writing. You can put problems to the point in a comprehensible way. The eye for the detail: You don't miss anything so fast. You work extremely carefully, you might even be a little perfectionist and don't be happy with half things. Technology affinity: You are sure to go with smartphones, tablets or PCs, have a stable Internet connection and will find yourself intuitively in new programs.
