Customer advisor insurance - vehicle fleet / commercial customers (m/f/d)

As the first respondent, you will provide expert advice to our KFZ fleet customers on their insurance products, both by phone and e-mail. Proactively address your solid customer base, analyzes the insurance needs and develops customised solutions to strengthen customer retention in the long term. Together in the team, you will create individual offers for commercial property and motor vehicle fleet insurance and ensure smooth contractual processing. You actively contribute your ideas to optimizing our consulting processes and thus contribute significantly to improving service quality.

You have successfully completed a commercial training in the insurance sector (e.g. merchant for insurance and finance) and brings at least 3 years of experience in the field of commercial motor insurance. Communication is your strength: you like to advise, find a solution for every concern and convince with a friendly appearance. An independent and structured way of working distinguishes you as well as your pleasure in working with the team. You have knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level) for professional customer support.

Attractive salary: Depending on the qualification and experience, we offer you a salary between €40,000 and €80,000.
