Team Leader Asset Management Power (m/f/d)

You take the technical and economic responsibility for the asset management of the power supply systems and networks of the Leipzig network and ensure a demand-oriented, future-oriented network development. You are responsible for the strategic network, policy, investment and maintenance planning and develop sustainable replacement, renewal and maintenance strategies. You control state analyses, network calculations, downtime simulations and supply analyses, and thereby guide measures for the technical development and optimization of the plant inventory. You develop and manage planning principles, technical standards, regulations, regulations and material and plant strategies and ensure their needs-based updating. You control the commissioning and implementation of operating, maintenance and replacement measures and are responsible for their quality, costs, dates, documentation and compliance with relevant standards and technical safety management. You create decision-making and information templates, network development plans, forecasts and key figures and take over stakeholder management, in particular in the context of the 110 kV network. You carry out your team professionally and disciplinaryly, develop employees and are responsible for the successful implementation of demanding projects; In addition, you will participate as a technical specialist and in the standby system as an engineer of the service (IvD).

You have completed university studies in energy, electrical engineering, electrical energy supply or a comparable field of expertise and brings several years of professional experience in the relevant field of work. You have deep expertise in the asset management of power supply systems and networks, as well as a strong technical, energy and business knowledge. You bring leadership experience, strong leadership skills and joy in the development and motivation of employees. You think strategic, analytical and conceptual, work structured and solution-oriented and can safely evaluate complex technical, economic and regulatory relationships. You have very good project management skills and experience in the management of challenging projects as well as a high level of design and innovation. You have basic labour law knowledge and are convinced by strong negotiation and stakeholder management, especially in dealing with internal and external partners. You communicate safely in German and have good English skills.
