In this role, you take the overall responsibility for building and developing our partner ecosystem in the DACH region for Myfactory and Proffix. Your focus is on continuously scaling partnership-driven growth – from strategic orientation to operational excellence to measurable revenue impact. You work closely with Sales, BDR, and Marketing to create a consistent, effective Go‐to-Market model.

Your tasks

You develop a holistic partner strategy for the DACH region and consistently implement it through recruitment, market coverage and clear growth targets. The responsibility for partner-generated pipelines and sales lies entirely with you – from the quality of the SQLs to the pipeline construction to the successful conclusion.
