Software Analyst – ERP (m/f/d)

Conception: You develop innovative concepts for our specially developed ERP system and thereby actively shape the digital future of our business processes. Requirements Analysis: You analyze the requirements of our internal customers and develop customised solutions for our software. Customer advice: You are in direct contact with our internal customers and are competent contact persons when it comes to individual requirements and optimal implementation in our software. Development management: You accompany the entire process – from the first draft to the development and testing to the successful delivery of the software solutions to our companies. Process optimization: With your creative ideas, you continuously develop our ERP system and contribute to making existing processes more efficient and digital. Software reviews: You present implemented requirements and new solutions within the framework of software reviews and make the results transparent to relevant stakeholders.

You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) computer science, business management with a focus on IT or comparable training in the IT field. You have well-founded knowledge as a software analyst and have already gained relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) in the consulting and design of complex specialist applications. You bring knowledge in the targeted design of application processes and are delighted to translate complex requirements into understandable solutions. A structured concept documentation for complex IT projects with high documentation requirements is familiar to you. You think structured and analytical, work solution-oriented, independent and flexible and keep an overview of complex tasks. You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing and you are characterized by a pronounced communication and team skills.
