As an AI Product Owner (m/w/d) in the Operations Customer Care Management Board, you are responsible for the implementation and further development of innovative AI products at the interface between customer care and technology. Its focus is on the optimal integration of AI solutions into customer contact processes to enable the best possible experiences for customers and agents.
