Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive verification plans and testbenches to ensure the “First Time Right” of our IC designs Apply cutting-edge verification methods for functional and formal verification; plan and track work packages to ensure timely completion Collaborate with an international team and communicate directly with customers to meet their needs and expectations Work close with other verification experts to advance our verification methodologies Mentor and train junior verification engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.
Personality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams; excellent communication and leadership skills Working Practice: Effective team player with a focused and independent working style; at least 5 years of industry experience Experience: Deep understanding of digital design and verification methodologies (Specman e/SystemVerilog); strong experience in formal verification methods and UVM Languages: Proficient in English; advanced German language skills are a plus Education: Degree (Dipl./M.Sc./Phd.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
