Developing, realizing and improving digital training media and concepts, e.g. e-learnings or webinars in the Global Training & Development Team Working with the administration of our learning management system and creating training documents Developing and shaping social media contributions and contributing to the design of various personal marketing measures Support of the team in the daily business, e.g. with visualizations, data processing or translations (German and English)

Continuous studies in the field of vocational or economic education, economic psychology, media design, adult education or a similar subject Very high motivation to develop yourself and others Teamability, also internationally, at the same time self-initiative and self-employment Very good knowledge of German and English Start in spring or summer 2026
