Central technical contact for the construction and project managers of the contracted construction companies within the framework of PV projects, including the reconstruction of repowering projects Participation in construction meetings and clarification of technical and organizational issues Accompanying Utility Scale Outdoor PVC Projects in the construction and commissioning phase on site as a representative of the client Professional control, monitoring and documentation of the planning and execution carried out by the contractors, with the aim of a project realization that is accurate to date and cost Close cooperation with the Senior Project Managers to ensure compliance with site reality and project objectives Monitoring dates, quality and compliance of requirements at the construction site and early notification of deviations to the project management Ensuring complete and timely construction site reporting for the correct mapping of the actual project status Support in the organisation and documentation of acceptances, tests and tests as well as in the processing of the punchlist Contribution to a secure, coordinated and professional management of the construction sites – without taking over the role of the executive building manager Technical support for the purchase and, where appropriate, implementation of technical contract negotiations Ready to integrate storage concepts into the realization of outdoor PVC parks

That's what you bring

At least six years of experience in the construction monitoring or construction management of Utility Scale outdoor PVC projects, ideally with an EPC, developer or expert, for example as a building manager or Owner's engineer Alternatively, at least ten years of experience in construction monitoring, construction management or project management in the field of infrastructure or plant construction Finded understanding of the building site everyday, technical relationships and the ability to communicate with construction managers and technicians at eye level Extensive competence on the client side with focus on control, monitoring, quality assurance and escalation, without itself acting as an executive general contractor Structured, responsible and careful working with the ability to document and escalate topics according to the address Very good German knowledge (C1, safe to negotiate) and good English knowledge (B2) readiness to regularly travel within Germany
