Legal Counsel/ Unternehmensjurist (m/w) - DACH-Region

As a Legal Counsel, you take a key role in our legal department, as you directly engage in important business decisions of the DACH region and contribute to minimising legal risks, enabling growth and making complex software and technology projects safe. You report directly to the Group General Counsel and are Sparringspartner with Hands-On-Mentität for the management and the operating teams. Your responsibility:

1. Commercial Legal Check, create and negotiate different contracts in the technology environment

2. Compliance, Regulatory and Litigation Examination, internal consultation and contract design on labour, data protection and other regulatory issues

Accompanying legal disputes and coordination of external consultants

Current coordination with the Compliance Department

Further development and monitoring of corporate governance

3. M&A and Corporate Housekeeping Support for M&A projects in the DACH region

Corporate housekeeping and coordination of cooperation with external corporate secretarial services providers, notaries, etc.

4. Internal projects and initiatives As part of an international legal team, you will participate in internal projects and support the various teams of the departments through clear, solution-oriented legal advice.

Your profile: 3–5 years of professional experience in the group environment as a hired company lawyer*in

Knowledge of technology law, labour law and data protection law

Experience in the creation, testing and negotiation of contracts related to software, digital solutions and technological business models

Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive & solution-oriented approach

Communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders

German and English skills
