You take responsibility for the further development of our iOS and Android app “GH GO” and continuously opt for the user experience In further development and implementation, you support our mobile strategy – data-driven and in close cooperation with marketing, UX, IT and external service providers You shape the vision, strategy and roadmap of the app together with marketing and IT leaders You prioritize measures based on business objectives, user needs and effort – focusing on maximum output You control a cross-functional team professionally and develop new product ideas through early risk and chance assessment You identify user problems through research and feedback and validate hypotheses efficiently with appropriate methods and tools You are responsible for data-based product development and prioritize the Backlog on the basis of the strategically important initiatives Ideally, you work in iterative build-moeure-learn cycles and use A/B tests, analytics and user feedback for continuous optimization

Multiannual experience as a product manager or product owner in mobile B2C apps, ideally in the context of retail Solid know-how in the design and development of mobile apps with a strong focus on user management and behaviour You meet decisions based on data and have already conducted User Research and worked closely with UX and Data Analytics Customer-centred thinking and impact-oriented work Good discovery skills and an analytical approach to evaluating product opportunities and risks You are creative, innovative and proactive in bringing new product ideas Empathic, clear and strong communication – across team boundaries and hierarchies Structured and targeted working with priority Flowing German and very good English skills
