Ensuring the quality of components from own-production, purchasing parts and initial sampling as well as implementing the FMEAs test planning process up to the preparation of test plans Systematic causes analysis and coordination of long-term storage measures Leadership and strategic development of the Operational Quality organization unit and promotion of agile and performance-oriented quality culture Control of cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational excellence along the entire value chain Further development of global quality standards, KPI systems and sustainable improvement measures based on deviation and cause analyses Close cooperation with production, purchasing, suppliers and international locations for continuous quality improvement Active participation of corporate strategy, products and processes with a focus on sustainable quality and business results

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification with technical background Multiannual professional experience in quality management and quality assurance, ideally in international machine and plant engineering Funded understanding of manufacturing and production processes; practical experience in the production environment Experience in leadership and development of quality teams as well as in KPI-based performance management Secure handling of SAP, CAQ systems and common methods of problem solving and improvement management (e.g. 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
