You are the friendly voice at our telephone center and make sure that every call is handled well At the guest reception you warmly welcome our visitors and take care of the registrature The processing of the entry and exit mail is in your hands – you keep an overview! You take delivery and control it carefully so that everything goes smoothly As a central contact person, you are responsible for receiving repairs and make sure everything works quickly again You enter our third-party service providers and make sure that all processes work together harmoniously Administrative activities such as processing emails and orders are also part of your varied task
