You are working on innovation and product development around our aluminium and steel assembly systems You accompany the entire development process – from the first idea to the design and the prototype construction to the series introduction You carry out static pre-dimensioning, develop new components with a focus on stability and efficiency and optimize material use in aluminium lightweight construction in a targeted manner – so you make an active contribution to the sustainability of our products You will start static proofs and prepare the necessary admission documents You work closely with our digitization team to integrate new products directly into our online planning tool ''K2 Base''. You undertake admission procedures and coordinate cooperation with test institutes

Graduate degree (Master /Bachelor / Dipl.-Ing.) in the field of Civil Engineering Knowledge in handling relevant standards and regulations of engineering construction – ideally in the field of aluminium lightweight construction At least basic knowledge of FEM and Stabwerk programmes (e.g. Dlubal RFEM and RStab) and CAD Self-responsible and structured operation with a high degree of reliability Embossed team skills and communication strength – you like to work interdisciplinary and solution-oriented Analytical thinking and the ability to penetrate complex technical relationships independently Responsibility and Enforcement – You like to take responsibility and advance projects Good knowledge of MS Office Very good German and good English skills
