Head of Finance Business Unit Digital (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the integrated financial management of the Digital Business Unit including P&L, balance sheet and cash including planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting Ensuring the result, balance sheet and cash flow control of OHB Digital Connect GmbH including responsibility for controlling, project controlling, liquidity and working capital management as well as accounting in close coordination with the group accounting Further development of the business unit, company and project controller as well as a uniform, reliable data and KPI basis Control of liquidity and working capital including down payment, milestone payments, receivables and other project-specific cash drivers Ensuring project profitability through commercial support of offers and programs, business cases, risk reviews as well as contract, claim and change management Assessment of investments and growth initiatives and implementation of effective cost, OPEX and productivity management Ensure proper HGB and IFRS and IKS, risk management and financial compliance in line with group functions Professional leadership and further development of finance managers and finance teams within the Business Unit Development of finance processes and systems as well as the use of automation, analytics and AI for faster and better decisions Designing clear roles, standards and interfaces between business unit, companies and group finance

Complete economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in a senior finance function in a technology-intensive, project- or service-stamped company Funded knowledge in controlling, cash and working capital management, accounting according to HGB and IFRS, financial processes, risk management and IKS Experience in complex project business, commercial program management, business cases and contract, claim and change management Experience in controlling several companies or decentralized units, ideally in a growth, scaling or integration phase High affinity for modern ERP, planning, BI and reporting systems as well as data, automation and AI Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical sharpness, clear communication and a pragmatic hands-on mentality Trustworthy leaders with integrity, stability and joy in developing teams Safe knowledge of German and English as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a necessary safety review
